Real Estate is not just a career, but a profession that I enjoy and take very seriously. I love what I do and I am so lucky to have wonderful clients who make my job fulfilling and rewarding. The time that I spend with my clients is not only fun, but by the time the transaction is completed, we have developed a friendship. I am a relocation specialist and have worked with clients all over the world. I also have a designation as an relationship marketing specialist.
I moved to Seattle over 28 years ago and reside in Magnolia. My previous background was in Human Resources for 20 years. I am originally from South Carolina where I received a B.S. degree in Mathematical Sciences with a Biology Option from Clemson University. Seattle is a fabulous place to live and there are so many options for activities to do.
Community involvement is an important part of my life! It is rewarding and fulfilling and important for me to give back! I was appointed by Governor Inslee to serve on the Board of Trustees for the Seattle College District. I am currently on the board of Achievement Rewards for College Scientists (ARCS) Foundation, Inc. which is an organization which provides scholarships to academically outstanding United States citizens studying to complete their degrees in science, medicine and engineering, thereby contributing to the worldwide advancement of science and technology. Over the last 28 years, ARCS has contributed over $8.9 million to the UW in support of graduate fellows. As an ARCS member, I have served as VP of College and University Relations, Student Liaision Coordinator, Auction Co-Chair, Alumni Tracking Coordinator, Membership Committee and Advisor to College and University Relations Committee . I was a member of the Greater Seattle Chapter of The Links, Inc. where I held the office of President, Chaired International Trends & Services Committee, Chaired the Ways & Means Committee and Treasurer. I served on the Board of Trustees for The Lakeside School for six years, Sustainer in the Junior League of Seattle and Past President for O'Dea High School's Mothers' Club. I have served on Patrons of Northwest Civic, Cultural and Charitable Organizations Board (PONCHO), Seattle Symphony Musicians Pension Fund Committee, Nelson Mandela Dinner Committee, YWCA Board and Northern Trust Advisory Board, co-chair of the 2010 Treehouse Luncheon. Treehouse is an organization which gives foster children a childhood and a future. I was honored to received the Dorothy Stimson Bullitt Award in 2015 which is the Junior League of Seattle's highest volunteer recognition. In 2015, I was also recognized by the Asian Weekly as a recipient of Women & Money Making a Difference in the community.
One of the reasons I wanted to sell real estate was that it would allow me an opportunity to meet and work with a diverse network of people. I am committed to providing excellent customer service and meeting the needs of my client. My organizational skills and ability to follow through on all aspects of a task are my strengths. I enjoy helping people and am willing to spend the time that it takes to provide total customer satisfaction.
I pride myself on working with a smaller number of clients that will allow me to respond to them personally and timely. Putting clients first is the most important service that I can provide. I welcome the opportunity to work with you, and most of all, creating a wonderful friendship.
